For me a game must have great SP and MP like the CoD series for example. Will Crysis fail in the MP but have a spectacular SP experience? I hope it will have both but im sceptical.
thing about crysis is, is it doesn't even matter if it has good multiplayer, the game is gonna be a pretty great shooter (the first half, anyway), so most of the fps fans are already onboard, and being a technological powerhouse, all the graphics fanboys are onboard
so the crysis fanbase is already huge, they don't really need to spend time and effort making a good multiplayer game - and i don't think they'll even try...
i never played the farcry multiplayer stuff, but playing the game as a cat-and-mouse jungle stealther game sounds pretty awesome to me, now that i think about it
I guess when I buy a game I like to get what I pay for and that for me includes a MP side of the game. MP for me is what makes a game last and build a community.

i don't think so , and you right CoD series are amazing great sp and mp - excellent job the company did on this game anyway Far Cry was pretty good game (mp and sp)
Crysis will not fail as badly in Mulltiplayer, if it is incorporated, as it did in Farcry. Because, I believe Crytek will have learned from their mistakes, but yet, if not, it will be easy to tell that they got sloppy and just tacked it on the end.
How can you know that? The game isn't even out yet, there's a huge buzz around it. It could go either way. Anyway, I'm not getting it, not my type of FPS.

Alot of people would disagree with you...CoD series of games has spectacular SP and MP and are still going strong. Without great MP why even keep on playing a game?
Fry cry MP wasnt the greatest however it looks like there really pushing the MP side of crysis this time i was reading about it in PC ZONE. They said they were disapointed with far crys MP so there making a big push this time round. Sounds good to me
