hmmmm... that PC is worse than the one I got 6 years ago... and I'm trying to give that one to charity...
Please don't buy that it's a damn pentium 4 it's worth maybe 200 top thats one of the biggest rip off's i seen in a while. I don't know why they have vista loaded on it I doubt it could run properly with on 1 GB of ram. brayant321
it works perfectly fine with vista i play guildwars on it and it never lags i also use adobe premier elements 3.0 and the hyper threading with the p4 makes it even quicker :) also im probably gonna buy a new one very soon for gaming
MMOs are not a current-technology level softwares. They are for almost any old clunker made over the last 4-5 years. FS-X is not a cheap MMO at all. There is no comparison. On the other hand, if you had a computer of basically the same performance level, but based on an AMD/ ATI Chipset instead, the video built into it would at least "try" to run FS-X, which TTBOMK, that Intel trash cannot even manage to get close to doing (the Xpress chip also won't have any onboard RAM of its own, but the game's launcher is less likely to learn that fact than in the case of the cheap Intel crap.
PC with 1 GHz equivalent or higher processorThere is a demo available from the same page that the list above is published on, URL referred to in my original reply.
Even easier than that, go to this next link, and click on "Game Advisor" and let it test your system for you. You will need to use IE, if you ahve been using an alternate browser.

i have the computers full specs but i guess even if every thing was over req. it would still need a hardcore graphics card
i can post specs if you want :)
it would still need a hardcore graphics card

I do not consider the minimum requirement to be at all hardcore. I had the equivalent card four years ago (my firdt Dx9 card was 64 MBs at that time, however). You wouldn't "get much" with that minimum, I'm very sure. To get a real idea about the full effects of what is in FS-X will take at least a Mainstream, 128 MB (actual onboard VRAM) card similar to what I had three years ago, when I had only my second Radeon card after a four year nVIDIA exclusive run (9800 Pro, at the time, as I recall). To match that from current offerings would require an 8500 GT, I think (and that is certainly no hardcore anything).

my card has 224mb shared
Big mistake, temporary PC? Well, you just wasted $200 because that computer is basically useless. The processor is below average, but not horrible. However you'll run out of hard drive space like nothing (160 - 40 for windows.)
You could have put that $200 and gotten a 8800GT off ebay, with that card you can run ANYTHING.
