No thinking necessary - it's already been announced for November.
But long before the announcement, most PC gamers knew it was coming to PC before Christmas. It was pretty obvious. In fact, I only recall one person who didn't believe it'd come to the PC, but I don't really remember his name. Big... Biggest... something or other. I don't remember the rest of his name.
