Will it play 1080p

I am building a rig for 1080p playback on an LCD TV. Will it do or will it stutter or do anyother anamoly.

Intel DG31 GL Board

Processor E2200

2 GB Corsair Ram

250 GB Seagate Hard Disk

Inno 3d 9400 GT 512 MB Graphic Card

Standard Case and Supply

Standard DVD Rom

Basically i want the cheapest solution possible and have to buy from the following site

Dump the card, get an 8800 gts, if you want to play games ofcourse.godofwar2610

8800gts? What a weird card to recommend lol, but yeah I suppose it should work fine...
