probably not

go to Can I Run It? and that will tell you. (it's in the menu as "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion", not just "Oblivion")

u can run it at absolute lowest settings using old oblivion to lower them even further and even then only get by with say 20fps it will look terrible and run rly bad not worth it just go play morrow wind.
