It's not likely that anything will see Timesplitters IV, but then again Crytek may very well resurrect the series (if they even own the rights, that isn't clear at the moment). And as it would then no doubt be using the Cryengine 3 then a PC version is definitely possible.
I thought it was already annonuced and apparently going to be on the Wii aswell as the xbox and PS3.

Just because it was announced does not mean it will come true. Look at what happened to Alan Wake, anything can happen until it is put on the street. Alan Wake is coming out though... And Timesplitters 4 WAS announced, but recently the developers fired most of their staff and went into administration, then Crytek bought them and turned them into Crytek UK. So nobody knows if it will ever be made now.
