If I'm not mistaken the Doom 3 engine (Doom3, Quake4, Prey) requires 512MB video ram to run under Ultra settings or is at least recommended. But honestly, I don't really remember seeing much difference between "very high" and "ultra" and probably the newer cards can run it on ultra too.

WOW should work flawlessly tho, even on 40 men raids :P
