Do not get that PSU. Apevia is about as bad as PSU's can get.

I would go with one of these, both can power that setup. #1#2 and both are way better than that Apevia.

If your on budget theres a good PSU here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371006

Also What do you plan on doing with the card? light gaming or just everyday things?

I dont want to be the one to tell you what to do but I wouldnt get that computer. At that price, you could build yourself an inexpensive PC for around $1000 or less. Personally, I wouldnt be happy with that setup. Why, when you can spend about the same amount of money or a bit more and get a computer that can max just about every game out there. I know I made the huge mistake in buying an HP Computer. To be honest, I wasnt going to game on it at all. It was merely for websurfing, and just to have a computer to acccess. After analyzing what I just spent, I said to myself, I might as damn well spend a bit more and build an awesome PC. I know someone is going to respond to my comment and say this and that. And I'm not telling you what to do. Just my opinion.

why don't you just buy the GPU and use the psu you have? or does the 2600 require a PCI-e connector? becuase I don't see it requiring that much juice.
