Yes, you can game on ultra with such specs.

The PC is way overkill for those games, except perhaps BF4. The rest...you could probably handle launching all of them at the same time and still keep a steady 60 FPS.

If I could suggest you one thing it'd be to change the 8GB with 16GB (which is merely for future proofing, you won't actually *need* that much anytime soon), since the difference in price is negligible compared to what you are spending on it.

You should definitely have a 1080p monitor, because the horsepower of the 780 will just be wasted away on a lower resolution.

Ehhh no. As I said that PC will crunch anything you can throw at it at the moment, so overclocking would be completely redundant unless you plan to get a multiple-screen setup, and even in that case I doubt you will have any use for it considering how badass a 780 is.

Wouldn't know about the power supply, but I'd say yes. The GTX780 eats a lot and so does an i7, put together I'd say your PC would be eating almost 400W with those two alone. This is another reason I'd suggest you not to do any overclocking.

As for the last question, we should know a lot more about the place where you live to be able to tell you - whether its wet or dry, close to a ventilation source or an opening, etc. I'm not asking you to tell us these things of course, by that I mean that you should do some testing when you have the PC in your house and then decide.
