I'll get it sometime next year. I'm done buying Bethesda games when they come out.

What they showed makes me want to wait. I think the base game will be good enough to play around in but it looks like modders are going to have a field day with this one. Everything about the foundation of the game (combat looks great so no need for deadly reflex-esque thing, UI looks good for me, random events means more dynamic mods, and good textures that let me avoid looking for a race mod that lets me make a decent looking woman) is great and will let modders fill it out with actual content. As to whether the actual content from Bethesda will be good, maybe but I don't know which is why I'm waiting.
I'll wait a bit to see what things Bethesda has further dumbed down. Then, I'll wait even more for mods to fix what Bethesda screwed up on.
I suggest not getting it from steam just cause if it's anything like oblivion I remember trying to mod it and it was a pain in the butt literally. For some reason was harder to mod the version from steam. I ended up buying it again at bestbuy.bluetadomonkSteam version is quite simple to mod.
After watching the Quakecon demo, hell yes!! This is the Elder Scrolls game to trump Morrowind, I can already feel it. Everything about it is adding up so nicely and Bethesda has done an amazing job. If you haven't watched the demo, please go check it out. millerlight89Looks like Oblivion Pt2, with even less stuff this time around. I guess I'm not seeing what everyone else is seeing. The interface in particular looks painful.

The Quakecon video shows moderate flash, little substance. Bad animations too (yet again).

I couldn't get the Oblivion Script Editor to work so idk i've talked with others about it who agree it's a pain but i guess everyone has their own opinions

Same argument could be used against your assertion. How do you know?

how do i know what?I'll try this just once since I don't understand your not getting it. Your assertion isthat the game is not worth full price. Does your opinion come with a time machine? Same question you asked of millerlight89. You see to me if the game is good and well done it's worth full price but I can't know that yet and thus the caveat. Nuff said.. Flame shield on!
