Sorry but I have to agree here. Device manager on Win7 takes me exactly 2-3 clicks (less than 5 seconds).Every iteration of Windows since XP has taken functionality away from the user. I think they are trying for a more user friendly Windows experience, which is exactly what I don't want. Pretty soon there will be "wizards" for everything and you won't be able to customize anything anymore. perfect example is the "personalize" option that replaced the "properties" option going from xp to vista, you have to wade through so much crap dedicated to aesthetics to even get to device manager. Everything useful is hidden away in ridiculous sub menus.
