To anyone feeling bad about donating just A penny, don't. This is more of a public relations stunt than an actual attempt to make a profit. I mean think about how many websites have reported about this. Sure beats the hell out of stupid advertisements and it gives them an amazing reputation. (Besides they probably weren't racking in that much money on the game a year after it's release anyway.)

if they dont want penny donations, they should have posted the minimum amount to be a dollar at least. but on their webpage, they clearly set "you set the price".
and if it wasnt for the penny, their webpage shouldnt have gone down insanely.
Anyone having issues with the download? It never completes for me, like it downloads 20mb and then finishes even though it isn't done downloading. FPS_Gamer123
Mine always says there is a bug with the download and contact the author to get a new copy =\.
The title should be modified. It says to pay what you think the game is worth. Just because you can pay .01 cent for the game doesn't make it morally correct. Unless you think the game is really worth a cent. Remeber just be cause something is legal doesnt make it morally correct. If you really think its worth a cent go ahead and do it.
haha, business accounts do get charged for receiving money via paypal, i wonder how much they actually receive if you pay a penny... I wonder if they would release any stats after the sale is over...

Probably because the entire free world is simultaneously trying to download what is essentially a free great game.
I ordered it last night at around 10PM and I got my email in a little over 24 hours (11:30 PM tonight) so be patient, their auto send bot probably has about 10 million people in que right now.
I paid .01 for it once and I did not receive an e-mail because the page timed out. I paid 1 penny again and received the e-mail, downloaded it and it works. Now that I know it is legit, I am going to donate a couple more dollars. Does it make a difference if I download the game again or not? I don't want to pay $2 and then download again making them earn no money. Basically, I am trying to ask if it matters to them whether or not a donation is followed by the game download.
It's directly from the company that makes it. Exactly what format you expect a game installer to be in, mp3? Yeah, exactly. It's a game, what the hell format WOULD it be in?
Yay it even has a Mac version. :) But will it let me pay in Pound Sterling is the question..
There's a PC version, Mac version, and 2 for Linux.
I'm in the UK, paid using paypal, and it automatically converts it into pounds and pence. Exchange rate is shown when you pay, and was something about $1.55 to the pound as of Tuesday night when I bought it.
I just brought it for a $1 and from what played so far it's a great game and very addicting. Definitely worth the full retail price of $20 and I definitely recommend getting it in this sale.
