Im currently playing World of Warcraft but recently some of the changes have been ridiculous. The Blizzard staff is probably one of the worst ever, if i have an issue i have to stay up till 2 in the morning and still won't have my ticket serviced. Not to mention all of the little kids in trade chat thats not really trade at all. I have to deal with harassment every time i want people to join my guild or want to sell an item. So I've been considering Warhammer Online, i havent tried the trial because me being stupid couldn't figure it out but anyways, the gameplay looks good, and so do the graphics. Any of you have any suggestions if i should go over to Warhammer or stay with World of Warcraft and hope it gets better

To be honest, i don't reccomend either...

WoW is the worst mmo ive ever played. Warhammer was fun for about 2 months...but once you hit the higher levels/end game is became very very boring.

What type of mmo player are you? do you like pve, pvp, big huge worlds, crafting, strategy, mature gamers, etc? Then i could reccomend a game for you.

If your problems with WoW are customer support problems and lack of faith in devs.... stay the hell away from warhammer - those are definitely not it's selling points.

the only reason im still playing wow is for the pve, which is getting easier and easier, and its not so much the lack of faith, its the garbage content they're coming out with

May i suggest you try the 14-day trial of EvE Online? That's what I did and so far, very good. Complicated, but unique and nice change of pace.

WoW is good....not as good as it used to be when it came out, but it's a blast to play with friends. I just don't have the time anymore....too much COD4 online and SF4 online....jeje

Maybe try Age of Conan instead? Everyone has been telling me its vastly improved since the launch and now is almost a complete game. A lot of my friends play Warhammer but they say its mostly becouse theyre big fans of the Warhammer figures and things in real life. The main focus in WO is ofcourse PvP so if you like PvE more than WO is not for you I suppose. Also I am only writing what I am told by my Warhammer loving friends "the games classes are unbalanced as -insert swear word-".

But doesnt Guild Wars have numerous expansions? Could a person with just the base game find people to play with?

yes, the origional game is all you need cause even that is ALOT of content to play through and it gives you 6 characters without buying the expansions. but the expansions(2 real expansions anyways) give you 2 characters each and add on. you can also buy an expansion by itself and start playing from there with whatever character you choose that comes with the expansion/or origional game

Neither, both suck. Wait for Mortal Online and see if it's good.

If you do play Warhammer, play a Bright Wizard. You can kill any class in the game in one cast. Even your DoTs one shot some classes. And they are very nerf resistant. However you can forget about any PvE content, cause 90% of Order plays Bright Wizards. Warhammers PvE sucks anyway.

I'm enjoying Runes of Magic, best f2p mmo I've ever played.

for pvp, it would haft to be warhammer/or guild wars, depends if you like to mix a warrior with a warlock or something similar to that or if you like fixed classes with great pvp for both games.

Hm forgot to mention a nice thing about Runes of Magic. While it is an avarage game in most aspects it does have a nice dual class system where at level 10 you choose another class to switch between and develope. So what you can create is a fireball throwing, team healing, warrior.
