Worth upgrading Radeon 4670 to 5750?

Im on a really tight budget, but I need to a quick upgrade that will do a decent amount for me. Someone offered to sell me a 5750 relativly cheap. I currently run a 4650. Will I see a good performance increase between the two cards? Or is this a waste of money. ($100)

double post its not a bad jump.. basically your moving from an hd 4670 to a 4860.. expect to play many games you could only get medium on at high settings (dow2(it dislikes the 4670 idk why its superior than the recommended 7800gt), stalker CoP, mass effect 2, bfbc2, crysis,battlestations pacific and a few others.. ideally its one without the reference cooler its a tad large
