I would take the CM 690 II Advanced over your case. Its the same price. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119216&cm_re=CM_690_II-_-11-119-216-_-Product Besides that, it looks pretty good :)

You're over spending on the mobo. Also 6GB of RAM is not necessary at this point, but if you really want it, get a CPU capable of using triple channel memory to take full advantage of it. Security is useless, there are free tools available on the web that are just as good if not better.

I'm gonna agree with this guy. I have a friend with the Thermaltake V9, and I wasn't crazy about it. The metal seemed flimsy, just wasn't the greatest quality. That coolermaster one would be way better.

I just want to state the importance of getting a proper memory kit, you can't run dual channel with three blocks, and not running dual channel is a performance killer, you will be far better off with 2x2GB.

What is up with the ink printer? It'll cost you a fortune in cartridges if you actually use it for anything.

I've changed too many things in your build, so here's what I came up with:

Lite-On DVD Drive
Cooler Master HAF 922 Case
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB Hard Drive
Acer P235Hbmid 23" 1080p Monitor
Lexmark X2600 Printer
Lite-On Keyboard
Logitech MX518 Mouse
G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3-1600 4GB RAM
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Operating System
Corsair 750TX 750w Power Supply w/ ASUS M4A79XTD EVO Motherboard
XFX HD 5870 Video Card w/ AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor

Notes:
- Changed the case because the HAF 922 is substantially better than the Thermaltake V9.
- Changed the monitor to better accompany the performance that you're getting.
- Changed your keyboard and mouse to something a little better.
- Changed your RAM to 4GB because 6GB is unnecessary, unless you're planning to do some graphic and video rendering. And if that is the case, you're going to need to further modify this build to include an LGA 1156/1366 build.
- Changed your motherboard because the 790X chipset is the 790GX chipset, but without the IGP. Since you're getting a video card, you will not need it.
- Changed your power supply to something more reliable.
- Changed your video card to a more powerful one.
- Removed the security software because, frankly, you can get sufficient security software for free online (AVG, Avast, Avira, MSE, etc.)

I got one of those monitors. It had multiple dead pixels. The plastic frame looked cheap--like a toy. I took it back and got a samsung and Im much happier.
