I've changed too many things in your build, so here's what I came up with:
Lite-On DVD Drive
Cooler Master HAF 922 Case
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB Hard Drive
Acer P235Hbmid 23" 1080p Monitor
Lexmark X2600 Printer
Lite-On Keyboard
Logitech MX518 Mouse
G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3-1600 4GB RAM
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit Operating System
Corsair 750TX 750w Power Supply w/ ASUS M4A79XTD EVO Motherboard
XFX HD 5870 Video Card w/ AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor
Notes:
- Changed the case because the HAF 922 is substantially better than the Thermaltake V9.
- Changed the monitor to better accompany the performance that you're getting.
- Changed your keyboard and mouse to something a little better.
- Changed your RAM to 4GB because 6GB is unnecessary, unless you're planning to do some graphic and video rendering. And if that is the case, you're going to need to further modify this build to include an LGA 1156/1366 build.
- Changed your motherboard because the 790X chipset is the 790GX chipset, but without the IGP. Since you're getting a video card, you will not need it.
- Changed your power supply to something more reliable.
- Changed your video card to a more powerful one.
- Removed the security software because, frankly, you can get sufficient security software for free online (AVG, Avast, Avira, MSE, etc.)
