It's still amazing that the game can run on a handheld pc. It's a testament to the great coding by WoW. The game does not need that much graphic power or ram to run.
While it's great that a game like WoW can run on a UMPC, it still runs like crap, therefore it's probably a better idea to get something more powerful, such as a laptop. Furthermore, it's the way overpriced OQO model O2 of all things, which starts at 1500 US$. I don't know what they're smoking, but for that price tag, I expect it to run Bioshock, Crysis, and any other game maxed out for the next year or two, and given how it chokes on WoW, I highly doubt that it's worth the money. Drop it to 800 US$ tops, and I might consider using one as a portable media center and legacy gaming device. Now, let's see someone try it out on a Samsung Q1 Ultra...I want to know just how good or bad Intel's new UMPC-specific architecture is performance-wise.
