"They are chewing it up and spitting it out. CRYSIS is no more, This thing has just busted it, wide open unbelievable"
Just like the price. Chewing your money up and spitting it out. Your wallet is no more, these things have just busted it wide open unbelievable.
I love Tribritar, I'm just curious how he has so much money? or what job he has which allows him to have this hardware, it's nuts and I wish he was my dad :( Brainkiller05
You wish he was your dad? I don't. To be honest, wishing someone else was your dad is pretty pathetic.

I'm going to be building a new PC this month and I was thinking: Is this all really necessary seeing as how PC technology changes every month or every other month? From observation, competition is highly regarded in the PC gaming industry so new GPUs come out to beat the other company's GPU. Unless you're rich and have money to blow, is it necessary to go all out with gaming rigs? In my humble opinion and common sense, I wouldnt think so. Seeing as how the "next big thing" will be release within a few months and you will have to spend another $600-1200 doing massive upgrades or possibly more. I have to say that we have Crysis is to blame but then again, we should always strive for the best right? And Crysis is the best, visually. In the other hand, games wont be looking as great as Crysis in another 1-2 years from now, if not more. Am I correct? Currently, my rig is estimated at around $2000-2500, depending on whether I cut back here and there. I know with that budget, I'll have a high-end setup and be really content but I see so many people going all out with liquid cooling and burning a hole in their wallet with $4000-5500 rigs. It almost makes me jealous but when I think about it, I'll be kicking myself in the head when something big, badder, and more badass comes out? Do you guys agree, or somewhat agree? Like I said, if you're rich and wealthy, of course it wouldnt matter but for someone who's on a budget for a high-end PC build - I would say so.
Ok, I don't usually have a problem with accents or broken English.
This guy's accent drives me up the wall, seriously wtf.

I build budget rigs for this reason. A $600 rig and a $1500 rig will be outdated at the same time. During that time frame the $1500 rig will be able to game at higher resolutions and have a little better frame rate, but in the end they will bog down at the same time. I will NEVER spend over $1000 on a rig EVER again. Its pointless and, yes you are right, the technology changes very fast.
Its best to build budget rigs use them till they show some age sell 'em and use the profits to build a newer, better, budget rig adn repeat the process.

You are right. I just buy best bang for buck stuff now. Used to pay £2000 for my rigs back in the 1990s.
