If you want a good reason why the community probably SHOULDN'T have control over their own servers, you have only to look at the current W@W community. Bought the game today as a change of pace from MW2, and all the TDM servers are either "tactical" or hardcore or a mix of both.

Now what tactical means, for those unfamiliar with it, is that you have to crouch to move around or if you're standing you need to be looking through the sights. Along with a whole slew of other asinine rulesets that seem designed to give old crappy players their sniper dream fix... no explosives indoors, no pistols (unless you're sniper of course), no shooting through walls.. no firing from the hip...

Can hardly find any normal games anymore, and if this is what Treyarch is trying to combat, tbh I don't mind so much anymore.

Im glad theres a cap on players, I hated that in CoD4 every other game was 32-64 players. It's way to easy to own the hell out of people when there everywhere, there is no skill with that many players, just people who dont suck vs. people that do.

wait hold on a second, when reach comes out? Im just going to rotate through my current online games until battlefield 3 comes out, but to my knowledge no game called reach is coming to pc.

Knifing is not fine. It's far too slow. It rarely hits even when you're on top of someone.

Nothing about the knifing in BC2 is good. MoH is a whole 'nother story.

I am sorry but i watched those videos and the shooting mechanics look like cod so yeah its like a cod. Also i dont like how they try to make the game so similar to bc2. Seriously the M9 had 12 shots becauese bc2 did too. Its moh damn it, moh is about authenticity. Sorry but ea you lost me on the mp, i want moh mp not cod4 made by Dice

Also i have gotten tired of the "Beta" excuse, and bc2 had a beta but it was 10000000 times better, this is just mediocre, like dice does not give a damn about the game.

I like perks and perks are not unbalanced at all, they give you something but you lose something else that you could have chosen instead of this perk. Its fun, it makes the game non generic, moh seems to be another generic mp fps with guns. I will go for black ops instead.

Also ea is going for 60 bucks too on all their games. As you see activision aint worse than ea or ubisoft. Besides black ops will have mod tools, so you can make your own maps.

What you are saying is RANDOM CRAP. What i said has nothing to do with consoles or anything. Lets analyze what i said:

The game is too similar to bc2. I dont see anything suggesting that i should switch to console gaming because of that.

That bc2 beta was 1000 times better, so the only thing i say here is that no matter where you play moh, its not as good as bc2, pc or console. Again nothing suggesting the crap statement you just said.

Finally that games are 60 bucks on pc too. 3 companies are doing it from now on and kane and lynch 2 was 60 bucks. Therefore we can assume that thats 4 companies. Again nothing suggesting any console or pc prefence i am saying is that its the same.

I loved the MoH MP. I'm probably going to play that instead of BC2 when Reach comes out.

Why would you ever use a knife in any game for that matter? Using the back end of your gun is makes much more sense, and should only kill if you are behind someone. Maybe just push you bash and hurt a little if you're close.JigglyWiggly_
