best basketball game that's out right now?

I'm looking to buy a basketball game for my ps2 and i don't know which one to get. is NBA live 07 the best one out on the market or should i just wait till NBA live '08?

but nba live 07 is really bad. with that slow framerate, its completely unplayable. not unless the slow framerate doesnt bother your gamingat all. i sure hopeEAsports have taken care of that on live 08.

ihave both nba live 07 and nba 2k7, and 2k7 was the better hoops game last year. i dunno about sony's nba 07. i haven't played it.

Live 07 isn't that bad...

and i have high expectations on Live 08 cause EA changed it's gameplay and players signature moves is one of thier new features can't wait for it :)
