the ratchet and clank series minus deadlocked (mainly because its more arena combat than platformer)next comes the jak series minus the first (cause I never played it).
I absolutely adored Beyond Good and Evil. It's by Ubisoft, and didn't get nearly the attention it deserved (though it did get excellent reviews.) It's got an awesome plot that is more adult than your usual platformer and just really well-written. The combat and game-play is just so much fun, too. The graphics still look really great, as well. You should definitely give it a try-you can pick it up dirt cheap.:)
Beyond good and evil is one of my favorite games ever, but there is no platforming in it. I dont even think there was a jump button. But it is wonderful anyways.
