i think it will hurt them because not EVERYBODY has a PS3 or Xbox 360
No what are you talking about. They are going to stop making games for ps2 in a year or so. Its not a mistake they need to progress the ps3 now.People will start buyin it nowbecause its way cheaper.
I don't think so.
It's really time for Sony to move onto supporting its new system. If they continued making games for PS2 it would only slow the advancement of PS3 which they cannot afford. I currently still only have a PS2 but will be making the upgrade to PS3 soon. Now that some good titles have graced the PS3 it really is time for Sony (and their fans) to move onto the new generation and support it like their own.
I think it is sad that PS2 era is going as it was an amazing system. But those times have come and gone, its time to embrace new ones.
I don't think so!
Sony didnt make a mistake for not making new more games for the PS2! Ps2 is already the most successful system, ya so what? Sony just made a Ps3 and all they got is Haze and Uncharted! Now that was a huge mistake!! Sony should create MORE new games in Ps3.
xD
Sony hasn't abandoned the PS2. Third-party developers are not abandoning the PS2.
I don't understand your question.
QFT TC, y ou do have had way more than half a decade with this dinosaur. It's prime time to go for a new hardware whether it be a PS3, 360, or Wii.Sony hasn't abandoned the PS2. Third-party developers are not abandoning the PS2.
I don't understand your question.
LordAndrew
WHEN they stop making ps2 games it wont matter because of Gamestop. If you want a "new" game you would just go to Gamestop and get one. Also, by the time they do stop making games, the PS3 will probably be even cheaper than it is now. This meansthat many people will already have or will have a PS3 so they wont have to worry about the PS2 problem.
Just a question but shouldnt this topic be coming up in the xbox forum. Sony has a ten year life span while Microsoft has a 5 (so far)
