Shadow Hearts Covenant. You get to hang out with important historical figures such as Rasputin, the Great Gama and Roger Bacon! Plus Joachim just grabbin' junk and swingin' it around.

Kingdom Hearts series is great. Final Fantasy X is awesome, and i think Radiata Stories and Star ocean rock's as well.

For new franchise: .Hack series (the best stories around) and Drakengard as a second new franchise for its story too

Mine is FFX because that was the very first game that I ever played on the PS2 and it totally made me fall in love with Playstation. I can't wait to get home today and play Persona 3 which I have a feeling is going to rock hard.

There are 2, Grandia III and Tales of the Abyss. The Final Fantasy games overall were let downs. Star Ocean was bad. Xenosaga games didn't live up to Xenogears for PS1. Shinning Force games weren't really RPG's in my opinion. Only Grandia and Tales of the Abyss stood out as great RPG games.
