Man. I had a lot of fun with my PS2 but it seems that i'ts almost done. The last game that's going to extend it's life is God of War 2. After that it's over. Make a list of the top 5 games that you think were the best in the console. My personal favorites are : GTA san andreas, Kingdom hearts 2, Smackdown vs Raw 2006,Final fantasy X,GTA vice city. So how about you guys?
How about say goodbye to the game cube and Xbox....lol Im still gonna get PS2 no matter if the PS3 is out...Ps2 has more games then any system out there....be side there still tons of games that i want to play..this goes for old and new
No, I still have a lot to do with my PS2. Some really good titles are coming out this year including God of War 2 and Spiderman 3. Only after playing these games, will I decide what to do with my PS2.
Not for me, I just picked up the Devil May Cry Anniversary Collection for 35 Bucks CAD, which includes Devil May Cry, Devil May Cry 2 and Devil May Cry 3 SE.
PS2 should last for another few years. Even without too many games coming out for it this year it still has a huge game library that will appeal to many gamers that just want something fun. PS2 is home to a lot of the greatest games out there so it should have a broad appeal and have a good lasting value. Hey its cheap and has great games.
I just bought Rogue Galaxy and am eagerly awaiting God of War 2 and Tom Raider Anniversary. After that it might be goodbye for good... :( 1. Dragon Quest 8 2. Final Fantasy 12 3. Resident Evil 4 4. Metal Gear Solid 3 5. Devil May Cry 3
I say the PS2 has at the very least two years left, at the most another four, provided that some good games are in the pipe. And if the price comes down to $99 then who knows? As for my top five:
After Vice City Stories and God of War 2...Manhunt 2 and Freedom Fighters 2 awaits. I'll say goodbye to PS2 on 2009. There are a lot of great games I haven't played and I still plan to buy or borrow those.
