Longest time you played

holy moly. I heard about some kid in Asia that actually died from playing too long at a internet cafe, it was like 15 hours or something.

Err, the longest I've ever played any PS2 games is about 2 hours tops. (Though I did get hooked on my first MMO on my PC, Guild Wars, and logged quite a few 4-5 hour marathons when I first got it)

I played Fainal Fantasy for about12 hours in one day

But overall , I played Final Fantasy for about 300 hours

"NASCAR 05", for nine hours straight online.

At the end of the session because I had been holding very touchy lines for extended periods of time, making very small adjustments to my gas/ brake and steering, my hands literally felt like they were creaking when I opened or closed them and they were sort of "frozen" in the shape of holding the controller.

All this sounds kinda funny written here, but believe me at the time it was no laughing matter whatsoever! I had to stop playing games ENTIRELY for two weeks while my hands came back to normal feeling, and I thought during that time that my gaming days might be through, at least in the sense of playing anything with a controller...

My handss got better, but I won't forget that feeling and they've never been able to take extended gaming sessions ever since. Be careful out there!

LOL, if that was the only i could play i would´ve stop playing videogames. The longest i´ve lasted during 1 sitting was FFX for 5 hours.

~my record was probably Final Fantasy X, when i first bought it, i turned it on at about 10 am and turned it of at 6 am, when my brother came home and told me the time (i thought it was still about midnight...)

as for the total time in a game was FFX, FFXII, and FFVIII, more than 150 hours...

i think it was a whole rainyweek playing FFX... playing blitzball, getting all the celestial weapons and capturing all monsters to be able to fight Nemesis... ugh... about 10 hours/day...

My long game sessions are usually with my friends (somtimes by myself) and have lasted for 12-16 hours tops. We do take breaks to eat, we don't like eating while playing...too messy.

Normal game sessions (when I'm really into the game) are 3-6 hours and short ones are 1 - 2 hours. After re-reading this, I'm now thinking I play too much..

I played gta san andreas for about fourteen hours when I first bought it.bggato23

i dont think i played quite that long, but GTA SA is probably my biggest time consumer to date. I'd have to say 6 hours in one sitting easily. Now i spend quite a few hours at a time playing Saints Row on the 360, it's not quite as good, but better in some ways.

Kingdom Hearts 2; 5 hours one sitting.

I played god of war in a sngle row , it took me 7h ... same thing with god of war 2 because my PS2 have a problem running GOW so when it worked I felt I have to beat the game , it could not wark again.
