Mortal Kombat Deception unlockables

last night I played Konquest mode and I opened the treasure chests and unlocked Sindel and a few other characters.

now when I saved and Quit, I went to arcade mode but they weren't there??? same with the puzzle chars.
why did it do that????? i saved it. i really dont wanna have to unlock them all again...

no. tekken sucks.

please does anyone know why this is happening? :(
