Do I need to pay a fee to play online ?
Nope. It's up to the developer of a game. I think most are free. All you pay for is your Internet connection.
Oh! if your gonna get games especially for Net Play its a good idea to see which games are still up and running 1st, Timesplitters: FP and Tony Hawks: AW are no longer running so are many other EA titles;)
