I just got 105 bucks in store credit after trading in a few 360 games...

and i'm wondering if i should purchase a refurb system and also get BULLY, now that's it's 19.99 new.

Should I go for it? Are refurbs going to be reliable?

I found that some refurb system will not run as well as a new one, but thats pretty much what refurbed stans for when it comes to systems.I have one and it some times won't play some games or It will have long load times. If u only going to keep it for a few years then I would do it but if it any longer then that i wouldn't get it. I would presonally go with the slim just because it not a bad running system. But if u find a refurbed slim then I would go with that.

There should still be a warranty with the refurbished, so you should be fine.

I got a fat ps2 refurbished like 2 years ago and its still playing fine. Couldn't be running better. Never once had a problem with disks working. I would highly reccomend getting one. Their a great investment considering the amount of games out there. And there still be produced! GO FOR IT!!!

a used or refurbished PS2 Slim is worth the money. Don't get a fat ps2. Bully is not bad, i rather get something else imo.

I think that it is worth it if you are wanting the system, however, ask about details for returning it if the system is not to your liking. That way you are prepared either way.

Just wait a few months the PS2 should drop to $99.99 NEW and for that price ill probably buy a THIRD PS2 as backup to my old "fatty" original PS2 -its finicky in its old age lol- and my now 2 year old slimline PS2.
