Ken became evil when Bison kidnapped him and used brainwashing techniques. I think the only game with him in it is SVC chaos. Which I dont fully recommend.
Its called M.U.G.E.N. It's a fighter-maker engine that you can make your own characters for.Go to RandomSelect (randomselect.i-xcell.com) first, getM.U.G.E.N., and thenGo to Mugen Infantry for characters, stages and what else you want. (www.mugen-infantry.net/)
People spam on the super-evil-demon-ken crap. I don't like those characters, but there are many, many creations.
EDIT: by the way, Evil Ken was never in any game. Only Violent Ken was in SVC. (Not as good as CVS2 in my opinion)
wow! im surprised no one got this little gem. in Street Fighter 3 3rd strike u can get a version of ken (only the sprite changes the move set stays the same) that looks "evil" (black ki, super dark tan skin, and not so blonde blonde hair) just select him using LP+MK+HP or light punch+ medium kick+ hard punch
