okay, so the other day, i walk into Gamestop to trade in my PS2 and about 5 old games for it. I also traded in a controller and a memory card. I was planning on using the trade-in money to get a PS3 really soon because i had about $300 with me. So i walked up to the counter, and handed them my stuff, and my EB Edge discount card hoping it would rack up my cash like it did last time. So they hooked up the PS2 and made sure it worked, it did, and the lady said, "your total is $83.00." and i was pissed.
HAHAHAHA, cleary you don't trade many games, u get like 25 bucks for a ps2, maybe 30 for a new slim ps2, and u said 5 OLD games, man you got LUCKY, thats is a LOT for 5 games and a ps2, those games must not have been as old as you thought, gnerally games that cost 17.99 used get like 5 to 8 bucks store credit games from 26.99 to 30 get about 10 to 15 and brand new games can be about 18 to 25 so i mean thats not bad, i mean think about it they have to sell it for way less than what it would cost new, and then then can't give you any more than like 40% of what they sell it for otherwise they barely make anythign worth their time.
