PS2 gamers nowadays can really build up a nice collection of games and get all those games that they didnt get a chance to because the prices. I'm putting bids on ebay now! There are like 5 or 6 games that I wanna get. PS2 isnt dead yet and I will probably be getting the new PS2 slim coming out in the future.
Clock Tower 3. It's no RE4, but I kind of like it anyhow. I will be able to really dig in once I beat 007 All Or Nothing. It's sort of like my ball and chain. I've had it for months but have never got around to just beating the thing.
I got me a bunch of gamecube games ever since I got the wii, but still managed to find several ps2 games over the break so here's the list:1. DMC2 - I actually got this game before and traded in for Onimusha Blade Warriors cause the game was simply not as good as the first one. I got it back again just for collection after beating the third one. 2. Dirge of Cerberus - I got this game when they were having a special offer "buy two get one free." I bought it with Metal gear solid twin snakes (I also have the original psx version as well) and a gamecube memory card. You just gotta love shopping for cheap games even if they suck.
i bought metal gear solid 3 about a month ago. i wanted to play it before mgs4 came out. Next to finally put my ps2 collection to rest,my final game will probably be shadow of the collosus.
I bought both Prince of Persia: Sands of Time and Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones. I can't friggin find Warrior Within. I still need to buy Warrior Within, Shadow of the Colossus and Okami to finish off my collection.

Timesplitters Future Perfect. I put this game in just to see how it looked, and didn't come up for air for FOUR HOURS. It rocks! If you haven't checked out Future Perfect, go get some!

ya man i totally agree with you, i bought it last month and i had never played a timesplitters game b4, that game blew me away, i spent many many hours playing the multiplayer, sadly its been shut off online, that game musta kicked ass online
Just picked up NFS: Most Wanted after so many people raved about it. I really like the story but I wish the enviroment changed more often. Still a very good game! I don't know yet if I will rank it ahead of NFS 3: Hot Pursuit.

I just saw that game for 10 bucks at Blockbuster. I passed because I have it for PC, but it was tempting. I just like the feel of the console better than the PC these days.
Just snagged King of the Fighter XI. The PS2 games are starting to dry up....I can see the copies of sports games increasing @ EB's and the copies of good games vanishing. The sport game surplus is the first distinct sign of a systems passing...

Who really plays old sport games even if they are really good sport games? The players are different year in and year out. Sport games have a very little shelf life with 1 year maximum and after that, it might as well be a coaster. Other genre games will still be great even 5 years old.

It has been years since I bought a PC game. I can't imagine playing a racing game on the computer. While PC games have excellent graphics, I just don't find that many interesting games. I guess shooters are better. Another problem that i have with pc games is that graphic requirements are so high to play some of those great pc games. Soon I will be getting a PS3.
In the past week or so, I've picked up Star Ocean, Valkyrie Profile 2, and Xenosaga Episode II. Almost picked up Devil Summoner, but it was too decrepit.
