whats the best game ending and why?

i would have to say mgs3

it just blew me away that he had to kill her then i kinda figured what happened next cuz i played the other mgs's

but when the after schenes with eva or eve? i forget that just added to the long and necessary ending

For me, Final Fantasy 10 hands down...

Probably FF8 for me.

I enjoyed the game so much and got SOO into it. It made me cry LOL. Also I cried at the end of MGS1. For such a heartless bastard that i can be at times...some things just tear me apart lol.

you turn against u'r own teacher, and finally u realize that the state that u are trying to protect so dearly was actually conning you..

no wonder he turned into big boss..

i agree..sotc has a great ending..altough its sad....one of my favs!

2 endings which is so emotional, FFX and Okami. As for MGS endings, you'll always be suprised by the final dialogue.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Part 1 , Part 2

Silent Hill 2: In Water Ending

Silent Hill 2: Maria Ending

If you had played the games you will know exactly what makes those endings so damn good.

Oh, and there is also this (It's another SH2 ending) .

GTA Vice City Stories, because you know what happens to Vic and Lance in the very near future.

Just to piss some of you off, FFX has the worst one (soap opera drivel for 13 year old kids). I though Tomb Raider II's ending was much more endeering.
