This is kind of an odd set of questions as I don't see what some of you guys see by looking at these characters but I'll bite... Well, I like characters that make me laugh so...
From PS2, I'm going to have to go with Norma Beatty from Tales of Legendia. She's cute, smart and funny.
From PSone, I like Yuffie! :) For pretty much the same reasons but she's got that edgy side of her. You know, the "don't mess with me or I'll hurt ya!" Anywho, she makes me laugh.
