1. mic is decent - i also have a motorola h500 and i would say that is better quality but marginally so.... the included jabra set is pretty good

2. its a great online multiplayer game - no single player mode but I've dumped almost 60 hours into playing online. its very balanced and the vehicle combat is very fun. i highly recommend
