2 Years of anticipation, 5 days to go.

For 2 years now we have been waiting for something on Killzone 2..Any type of news. In 5 days we will finally get to see gameplay. Can you believe it has been 2 years already since that famous CG trailer they showed off? In 5 days we will see if Killzone2 can live up to the hype. With 120 devs and 40,000,000 dollars behind it, this game better blow away any console game we have ever seen.

I don't know about you but I'm jumping off the walls. I can't wait to see this game. This week has been going by EXTREMELY slow thinking about E3.

So now with 2 years of hyping, and waiting to see this game, do you think it will all be worth it?

well this is the 3rd year now we have ben hyping and waiting for this game 2005,2006, 2007.. i dont know..im tired.. leave me alone..hahahaha

I remember the same thing for Motorstorm. Lived up to mostRhen_Var

yeah motorstorm is a great game. but now if killzone doesnt live up to the hype. this is one of sonys biggest games...this will do pretty good damage if it doesnt do well

i really dont care if its not what everyones expecting, if it surpasses the 1st i will love it... im a big fan of the story, and the overall game... i still play the first one alot... cant wait till they show us what theyve been working on though... its gonna be bad ass...csqwared

Look at the jump between halo 1 and halo 2, not much change. Killzone 1 and Killzone 2 will have a jump. silversurfergold

Don't get your hopes up, the only reason it's hyped is because of the 2005 trailer at E3.archpro

if only you knew. the company that makes this game work for sony directly meaning that they knoew the ps3 hardware better than any other devoloper. big budget. 120 devolopers. im sure that this game will be something to brag about

I was going to say that. :) In my mind you can't compare the two. One was really down to earth with realistic weapons and constant chaos. The other was very SiFi and had futuristic weapons and character interactions. I liked Killzone because it felt more real to me. It wasn't fantasy. It was WAR!

remember guys, what we're seeing here is just the beginning. this game won't be released til like spring 2008 or even later so hang on tight, it'll get better from herejunk56

Sony's devs have been saying that the game is deep into the development period. They say it's coming along great. We might see it before the end of the year. I would like them to release it on the games first anniversary.

I don't think you can call any game competition to Killzone 2 besides the other FPS games that are coming out for the PS3. Crysis is not one of them. So I think Haze and COD4 are the only things it has to overcome. Very possible to do better than COD4. Haze is another task.

I hate Killzone 2. It played and toyed with my heart and broke it in two. Burn in hell killzone 2! Burn i Say!!!1
