2009 - Best Game Graphics

Out of this list or any other you can think of, which is the greatest graphical game?

killzone 2 as of now, closely followed by resi5

i have no doubt uncharted 2 will be up there too when its out and god of war 3 if it comes this year

Killzone 2, no doubt.

Resident Evil 5 and Killzone 2 are the best looking games so far.. they are both GEORGEOUS to look at, both games represents anever seen before graphical show case,but i guess Killzone 2 is somehow better.

Its tough to say. I think it is between Killzone 2 and Resident Evil. Maybe just Killzone 2 because of its stunning visuals from the start.

In game KZ2 and RE5 are almost to close to even make a decision but KZ2's cut scenes are just better. they do a better job of facial movments like lips and eye brows/forehead than in Resident Evil, so i'd have to say KZ2 has better graphics than resident evil but ive already played through re5 on normal and veteran and done all the mercinaries levels and ive yet to beat killzone 2(due to the difficulty of the last level and that it just isnt as fun as re5)

Metal Solid 4 or Killzone 2, both are extremely impressive in their own ways.

Killzone 2 easy out of those games.

Killzone 2 for the moment. I don't doubt though that Uncharted 2 will beat it.

Resident Evil 5, definitely. The light and character models are unmatched. I don't see why you put Homecoming up there though, I thought that game looked pretty poor. Silent-Hal

One thing the PS3 lacks on is improving anti-aliasing. The better graphics get, the more this sticks out to me. It's a shame dev's have such a struggle coding PS3 games. I heard the process is a pain in the butt. It makes me wonder if the GPU bottlenecks the performance. Realistically speaking, running games at 720p is pretty rough with high detail, let alone 1080p. I have seen the RE5 screenshots and have played the KZ2 demo. I'd say they are both very graphically enhanced compared to many titles out there! Different styles, though.

Always avoided for some reason.

Unreal 3 is a graphical achievement, gamewise, even epic knows they messed up in the end.







Even though its a 360 screenshot, hard to find ps3 images since this game isnt as popular.

I think that Killzone 2 does look great, but it in no way does it look as great as Resident Evil 5. And yes I do have both games.
