3g vita questions......

i dont know if gamespot can help, but ill just ask

1. it says with the launch 3g bundle u get a free 250mb session. im planning on adding the vita to my phone plan, and if i pay $20 for 2gb will the 250 kick in for the next month automatically?

2. will i have to pay to order a sim for the 3g vita

3G comes with a sim card.
