is it exclusive to the PS3 or multi plat?

Yes it currently is, but there have been alot of rumors of it being multi, than exclusive, multi, exclusive. But last time devs said anythingit was that it is ps3 exclusive.

they started developement on multiple platforms but decided to start with PS3

Yeah, probably a timed exlusive. They had started PC and X360 versions as well, but discontinued them for solely PS3. It might stay an exclusive forever, but I wouldn't bet a lot on it.

I think it may be exclusive now, on GS I was seaching for games and under the 360 version of haze, they have its release set to cancled.

As of this moment, that's pure speculation on your part, and it should have been stated as such. Currently Haze is a PS3 exclusive.

You are more than right. The devs completely scrapped all systems except PS3 and even announced that they had no future plans to develope Haze on other platforms. Deal with it. Everyones whining or false rumors aren't going to change this exclusive game.
