For those of you who bought the PS3 version of the game I have to know if it is really as bad as alot of the reviews would suggest? I own the 360 version and it is awesome, but my problem is that my two sons want to play it all the time as well. I was wondering if I picked up the PS3 version if I would be greatly disappointed?

I believe not. The only problem that I had with the game was the frame rate (running at 30fps as opposed to 60fps on the 360) which is slightly noticeable. If you are not familiar with the framerate problem an example would be that I'd hit the receiver button and there would be a slight delay in the time that Ipressed it and the time the quaterback lets go of the ball. Graphically speaking it is the same as the 360 version and is the most beautiful football game I've ever played. Obviously, the game modes aren't going to be as in depth as the PS2 version but other than the game's framerate it is the exact same game as the 360. I would most definitely get it. The kids won't even tell the difference and you may enjoy it as much as the 360 version. Hope this helped.

Personally, I think Madden 08 is great and the graphics look stunning, but thats just me and my dads opinion.

The PS3 version is not a terrible game, it just deserves a half point or so lower thatn the 360 version. You may be disappointed because you already have the 360 version and tou'll be comparring the two. It's not a terrible difference, but it is noticable. Especially if you played the 360 version.
