Im about to buy a new tv. please help me to decide between this two. samsung lnt4053h vs sharp lc42d72u. I found the samsung at futureshop for 1199+ taxes. The sharp is almost new i found it for 1500 used and i still have warranty for a year. Sharp is 42" while the samsung is 40". I know the sharp has had some issues with performance causing people to have it exchanged for a new one. The good thing about the sharp tv is that it displays 1080p and the samsung doesnt. I will primarily use my new tv to play with my ps3 and watch bluray movies. But I really love the samsung design . Physically the samsung looks much better than the sharp one and its also slimmer Please help me make the right choice

I own a Samsung and love it. I had the choice to pick between Samsung and Sharp and went with the Samsung and don't regret it at all. They are amazing TV's!
