i dont see them going through with this at all or getting sony to drop the price. COD and Guitar Hero arent console sellers. So unless they have some astronomically huge card up their sleeve they are just barking through the fence

sequel after sequel of the exact same thing,games that require expensive add ons that then get sequel after sequel with little to no changes(but sometimes with new addons needed to play),no i dont think to much of activision.EA of this generation.And yes i do think COD4 is the most over-rated pOS along with crysis

Hasn't COD4 and WAW sold like 7 million total just on PS3 worldwide. How is that bad? It says according to VGchartz that GH3 sold 1.88 milion on PS3 and world tour has sold 1.20 million. Tony Hawk did not sell well on either platform and that is why they stopped coming out with them every year.the sales might not be as large as the wii or 360 but 10 millionin software isn't too shabby for one system world wide, that has the install base of the GC and year 5 in it's life cycle.

I don't see how COD4 was new in any aspect. All it did was have a game not be based in WW2. It was not the first game to feature a modern setting as many other games have done it before like Battlefield 2142 and the Ghost Recon games. Also, the servers are by far the sh**est of any game I have ever seen.

Im sure you have all heard about Activision dropping the ps3 and psp so what do you think of Activision anyways? are they really THAT important?
