Maybe the Dynasty Warriors could be the most powerful. I've seen them take armies on with one weapon and the handful of gamers who actually play the game through to the end. Not even low sales and horrible game scores can stop them. At this point, I don't think they can die at all (sure wish they would though....)

If shape-shifters count then Shang Tsung from Mortal Kombat would have a chance... Also Bo Jackson & Christian Okoye in excellent health should be able to bowl anyone over and keep running.
