NFS:Carbon Own the City, is what I would go with. Burnout Legends, also but that crashing.

I enjoyed burnout legends(which had race and crash elements) also quite enjoyed midnightclub, and ridgeracer2, and if you dont care weather you race cars or not wipeout is great!

How similar is Burnout to Need for Speed and Crazy Taxi? The gameplay here makes it look like it's a mix between the two.

Ridge Racer is great, but Burnout Legends is much better. It has a ton of depth. Your call.
