any link to download latest ps3 update?

other than the one provided by sony. i tried to donload it yesterday and it was downloading at 2kb...i just checked again and the speed is waaay slow. i used to download these in 10 min tops. + internet works fine and downloads r fast as well.

I downloaded it from Sony site a couple of days ago on my pc to transfer to usb memory stick so i could install it on new hard drive i fitted to my 80GB Phat,and it only took approx 8 mins to download.
