Have you seen that clip with the chick running down the rope? I wasn't impressed by any of the screens I'd seen, but I watched that little snippet like ten times it's so sweet. I wouldn't call it a killer app just yet, but it is one of the more impressive titles for PS3 -- at least that I've seen.

And i would say that the graphics of this game is stylized with atmospherics and lighting of the story's time period. This game is set around a tremendous battle by a one woman army. I agree with you Se7enwolf101, I fail to see what is so good about this game. Nothing in the previews or trailers justify the hype. The graphics are good but nothing ground breaking. We also don't know much about gameplay. If it's like God of War then it will be good. If it's like Genji... it won't even get a 7.0.Â

I can understand it's one of the most anticipated games for the moment because there is practically nothing else for PS3 (and I'm not flaming sony... I also own a PS3).

i can see where some people are talkin bout with the lighting its very....BRIGHT. like the girl is glowing...but to say the game is not looking GREAT is just not right especially since the little clip i saw today didnt have that same look to it...this could have very well been fixed...simply put we need to see more screens/ videos...i have no doubt in my mind this game will turn out good

Call me shallow. When I play games, I get into the character. That's what imagination is all about. Games allow me to do things I normally could not do and act out things that I would never try in real life. When I see a game like this with only a girl character it frustrates me.
I never played Tom Raider for the same reason. Yes, that's right. NEVER played any of them. I can't run around a game, no matter how much fun it could be and how great the graphics could be, as a girl. It just can't get into it. I don't want to be a gril running around killing things with an awesome sword. Sorry.

Here is another example and I am done. Tenchu. I Loved that game. I was a Ninja, runing around with my grapling hook and killing with steatlh presision. When they changed the game with not one but TWO girl characters, I could no longer purchase the game or play it.
For the rest of you that don't have an issue with this. I believe you will enjoy the game. For the rest of us that just can't get into the character of a different sex. We will have to wait for another game to fill that gap.Â

Well I've played it, and it rocks. if you played it i envy you lol. i want to play this game so bad. i would even be happy just to play the arena level as a demo would make me happy.

There's nothing not to like about Heavenly Sword. Interesting Story, Great visual, Great voice acting and intense game-play. Is everything you want in a game. :D
