Any Update problems?

I heared the nesest update with the PS3 was released yesterday but I have been hearing problems with controllers not working so I'm wondering if I should wait to see if these problems are fixed or are those just rumors I'm hearing.

i think everything for the most part is cleared now, and besides, the update is mandatory, so you cant go online until you download the newest update

So it's alright to update?.

So was what I was hearing just rumors?.

I should mention that I have the 120GB Slim model PS3.

I updated mine yesterday morning and all is well on my system. All controls work just fine and dandy...

I've had no probs at all.

Since I downloaded the 3.50 update I can't gain access to the Playstation Store. It tells me that it is unavailable in my region, but I live in Canada and I have been using the store ever since I bought a PS3. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? If anyone knows a solution to this please send me a message.

just thought I would let everyone know that I logged on to PSN this morning and the PS Store was back up and running. It must have been a maintenance issue. Check out the Enslaved Demo. Its pretty sweet. Seems like a cross between Uncharted 2, and Heavenly Sword! Not a bad combo. This game has sweet graphics for sure and plays pretty tight too.

This happens to me a lot. Its usually when the store is been updated. Its normal but nothing to worry about. It usually comes back up and running in an hour or two
