I'm sort of "meh." I already own a Wii, so what's the point? I haven't even been playing my Wii much lately, though this will change very soon once certain games come out.

I feel like Sony should just let Nintendo do their thing with the Wii (casual motion controlled games for the masses), while Sony focuses on what Sony does best (big budget HD games for the hardcore).

I don't really understand why people are upset about this. Its not like Sony is forcing you to buy the Move. I think it would quite fun to switch it up and use the Move once in a while. Also, its a smart business move by Sony to pull some the Nintendo's audience onto Sony's ps3.

i think its pretty cool, i just got a wii and i like the way you can interact with games, but the wii just dosnt have the same games as ps3 so i cant wait for move on ps3 what really got me was using 1 controller as a shield and the other as a sword, so you can hit with the shield if you want and stab right after with the sword, would work beautiful with a game like demons souls lol

I think as an alternate control scheme, it's great. I'm looking forward to playing true HD games with motion controls. I think when people think of motion controls they are put off for 3 reasons. 1) change. 2) because of all the party, family and sports compilation games flooding the market, and 3) because they get the impression they'd be standing up waving around like an insane person, when they actually just want to sit and chill out while playing their games. I don't think any of these 3 things should be a concern to anyone.

When it comes to change, just embrace it - change happens, change is good.

In terms of all the shovel-ware, just ignore it. Who cares? In the movie industry, every time a crappy kids movie comes out, no one goes around watching the trailer then **** about how everyone is making kids movies.

And when it comes to the jumping around crap, that's just not going to happen with the games we all know and love. As shown in the Socom demo, the guy was sitting and hardly even moving an inch (apart from his head, but that's just him being a mental person). I'm really looking forward to move. Not as a new platform, not as a solitary new control scheme, just an alternate control scheme.

I'll probably get one or two of them. For some reason, the most appealing factor for me is that the orb on the top can change colors :P
