Anyone in the UK able to download Tekken Revolution?

The game is free to play. Lots of people can access it but when I look for it on PSN Store it does not come up.

Namco customer service said it has been discontinued for UK users.

Do I have to make a Japanese PSN account?

For future reference I've just made a Japanese account and it worked.

I had to guess the options but basically any game without a number and yen sign is free.
