Are there any good non-violent games for PS3?

I am looking to buy a PS3 for Christmas. While I will buy games like Modern Warfare 2, and MGS4, I was wondering if there were any good family or non gory PS3 games. I don't really want my PS3 collection to be all about killing.

LittleBigPlanet is probably what you're looking for. My 4 year-old daughter loves it (and so do I!).

Besides LBP, there are a lot. I recomment Eyepet, Lego games and PSn titles like Super rub n' dub

Most of the racing games, like Gran Turismo 5 Prologue and Motorstorm Pacific Rift. Though you can wreak great automotive havoc in Motorstorm :D

Little Big Planet, all sports and racing games, Ratchet and clank, you have to kill some aliens but it is for all ages.

What do you mean by violent? like blood and gore? or like the whole shooters and killing stuf?

there are plenty of Sports games that are a blast. Madden or NCAA football, MLB The Show, NHL 10 to name a few

Brutal legend then turn off the cursing and the violence. ;)

LittleBigPlanet and Burnout: Paradise are the best non-violent games. I strongly recommend them both.
