Are there any PSP games where only one person needs the game to play ad-hoc?

Are there any PSP games where one person has the game in their PSP and they can play multiplayer with another person linked up beside them who has a PSP but does not have the game?

Basically - are there any games where only person needs the game or do all games require that both people have the game?
